Overwatch 2 x Street FIghter 6 Collab trailer

in December 2024 I was hired by titmouse inc. to Art Direct a short promotional video for blizzard entertainment on their arena First person shooter game, overwatch 2. for their newest season, they were collaborating with capcom in where the overwatch and street fighter brands collide. We used “king’s row” as a location for our short and leaned into the nostalgic look of the street fighter 2 characters. The major task for this was to combine both established brands into a cohesive look. for the paint style i went for a grittier more urban look with spray paints and tags around the city to bring in the street fighter 6 motifs, while using Overwatch’s King’s row iconic cityscapes to tie in to the overwatch franchise.

in April 2021 I was hired by warner bros. to art direct the first pre-school looney toons franchise since 2005. The art direction I pitched for the show was to give a nod to the classics of the mid-century design aesthetic of maurice noble, chuck jones, Paul Julian, and Philip DeGuard but to give it a more contemporary color treatment that is fitting of an energetic and fun show for children. I designed the color scripts and visual language for 104 episodes that spanned across 2 seasons, as well as designed the majority of the title cards and style guides.

Greenbelt is A love letter to my childhood growing up in the country on the niagara escarpment in the great lakes region of canada. my love of animated movies like the secret of nihm and fantastic mr. fox and video games like The legend of Zelda, metroid, and hollw knight have informed many design and aesthetic descisions. the game is being developed by myself and one other technical artist in unreal engine 5.
